Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. refund policy

 

For any undamaged product that you wish to return, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days via your preferred shipper. Please pack the items safely for their return back to birdpants headquarters. When I receive the item I will refund you within 5 business days, using the original payment method.

 

If the item arrived damaged, I will pay for return shipping - either as part of your refund (added onto the refund) or as a separate payment if I am sending you a replacement item). We can communicate your wish of a refund or a new item to replace the damaged item.
